To impose sanctions and other measures with respect to the Russian Federation if the Government of the Russian Federation refuses to negotiate a peace agreement with Ukraine, violates any such agreement, or initiates another military invasion of Ukraine, and for other purposes. This bill authorizes the imposition of sanctions on any individual or entity affiliated with, or providing support to, the Government of the Russian Federation.

H.R.1158: Freedom First Lend Lease Act
To provide enhanced authority for the President to enter into agreements with the Government of Ukraine to lend or lease defense articles to that Government to protect civilian populations in Ukraine from Russian military invasion, and for other purposes. To provide for the imposition of sanctions with respect to North Korea’s support for Russia’s illegal war in Ukraine. This bill introduces sanctions on individuals, financial institutions and supporters involved in arm sales and their transfers, as well as goods and services to be used in weapon production between Russia and North Korea. Further, it introduces expansion of North Korea Sanctions and Policy Enhancement Act of 2016 by amending language to include materialistic support provided for Russian illegal war in Ukraine.
